The following is a collection of poems and automatic writings that have come through me since 2006.  The prose that I have channeled from my Higher Self and the "Beings of Light" around me, have offered valuable insights into my present and past lives, historical stories have been given, along with health advice, and advice for other family members and friends.  My hope is that these writings make you curious enough to try to write yourself, unleashing your creativity and true potential you have from within, by making your "authentic or true self" known to you.  Many blessings always.  K


All around you is the spirit of the Universe
Be still, sit silently, and now listen; the wind will talk to you.
The wind howls like a wolf under the moonlit sky.
It says it is lonely and feels no compassion; it is undernourished and forgotten.
The spirit is the life-force within; it knows no bounds.
Look to find compassion for the wind, and you will find your compassion for life.

Take heart in the magical flute that lies within each ancient heart.
The intertwining of hearts is a continuous process on the path of spiritual enlightenment.
The hidden quest of questions to be contemplated for the earthly being, to be discovered now or
in the future. 
The hidden guidance to enlighten all, for everyone to discover, not just a few,
with countless memories to be recalled, and paths to be retraveled, time and time again.
The nourishing of the soul for both mind and heart, will lead a person to a greater understanding of their
life's true purpose and mission.
The development of gratitude and compassion in this lifetime is of the utmost importance in the development
of the soul.
Possessed with this knowledge the soul's spirit is free to live a very rewarding life,
for service in spirit is a soul's greatest gift to God.
The greatest knowledge of the unconscious spirit to finally be intertwined with the conscious spirit begins; 
a great star is born.

A solemn vow, not a promise given, to unearth a secret well hidden,
past the veil of certain knowledge, to explore the inner recesses of the mind.
Layered deep in time and matter, unexplored but not forgotten,
only when we ask perplexing questions, can the search really begin.
Many seek answers from other people, only to find those answers and more,
have been hidden deep inside of them, for them to explore and discover, all their endless possibilities.  March 19, 2007

Somewhere deep in a passage of time, lies a message to be given of a chance encounter. 
As messages go, one comes to you from faraway.
I have for your progress of self-discovery, and remember in order to fulfill a prophesy you need to go within and claim what is yours. 
It is within your heart that true discoveries are made, and at no other time.
Be true to yourself.  Believe in your convictions. 
Be a compassionate friend and mother in your journey and hearken to the voice within. 
Only self-discovery is just that - for you.  Only to discover that no teacher can show or teach you this.
A true Heaven in anyone's mind, never needs a gate or an entrance.
Fundamentally speaking, logical thoughts can only be played out with analytical minds. 
Lose that mind-frame; go within now.
Every future is wrought with misgivings.  Success is when we can overlook this and keep going.
Live in the present.  Live in now.  Don't ask how.  For what is simple is lost in explantation.
Dare to dream big.  Dare to dream now.
Remember - you never need to explain yourself.  Take heart and know that I AM.
As mundane as life can seem, there is always a reason or truth to everything that happens. 
No matter how harsh or heart-warming, and one day everything will make sense.
No pressure kiddo, but your on.  Your time is now to shine.  Focus on the positive.
Happiness finds a mate when looking into the heart.  How clever life can be when your perspective changes.
A light among the darkness is a welcome sight for all those trying to find their way.  June 24, 2008

Listen to the writings coming from your heart, they have great simplicity when spoken out loud,
yet inner truth and wisdom can be gained by applying them to your life.
Habitually speaking, people are unaccustomed to making sojourns into their heart because their mind gets in the way.
Your ego and mind are very protective to what it wants; very self-serving in nature, yet the heart patiently waits for the truth to be found.

Messages come to you with much love and excitement of journeys not yet completed -
a rare look at who you could be.
Journey to the cosmos with lightning speed to express the love you have for me.
Journeys begin with meditation and prayer to ask the angels to take you somewhere. 
Make suggestions before you sleep to help conquer fears and make peace with your soul.
Territories to explore that are inside your head; a brave new frontier, so to speak.
Summertime wishes could turn into summertime dreams if not enough direction is given.
Lessons to learn for a heart so true, but stop thinking so much as a rule.
Restless spirit of Heaven above, showcase your talent and play your magical flute.
Wonders never cease...cascading knowledge will be shown to you.
Centuries of views put to the test, you haven't much time to rest. 
Limestone caves are such a delight when music is played and you're ready to take flight. 
Trails to discover and lies to uncover concerning our existence on planet Earth.
Journeys to uncover for the passive rose to bring her home again.

Persuasive to touch, touch the center of your heart.
Don't ask how, just feel how that would look.  Try to feel the vibration from within. 
Navigate the stream of confusion that runs so deep and partake in the glory of the Lord's unconditional love. 
Try to reason with yourself where no reason can be found.
Just be as is.  A complete whole being; a masterpiece given.  No contemplation is needed.
Memories exist in the part of the heart that few people choose to explore. 
Only through deep and and thoughtful contemplation or meditation can this be reached.  May 12, 2011

When love speaks softly, it rarely makes a sound.
Uplifting of course, is its true nature where many experiences can be found.
Clearly a vision is happening to you to encompass the true light that you were meant to serve.
Contrary to perception, with every individual is a true course. 
Looking into the heart can give you the solidness of a journey to begin.
Layers of truth can then be known.
A known truth is never compromised.
Happier days remain unaltered.
Breath of beauty with song to sing, cast no aspersions but hear the bells ring.
Magical moments await you, my love, then freedom can be gained.
When you were young you sent your love out with no reply, but Heaven heard your heartfelt cries.
Peace and prosperity are a part of the message you bring, so look to the stars when that may begin.
A Divine child to hold, that's centered in truth.  Receive your true calling from Heaven above.
Centralize your will, so you gather strength.  It's as the Master calls.
Your clairvoyant abilities are a must when dictating your path through life, being able to read any given situation,
is a skill developed over time.
Sincerity encompasses the love and compassion you were meant to serve.
Letters of late help accomplish a mission of dual interests, forecasting not one but two hearts beating as one in the coming days and months; centered in truth, a union to last the test of time.
Free yourself of any unnecessary restraints or ties in the future.
Goals look bright and full of promise for a heart so true; accomplish the goals within your grasp.
